Currently filing a police report against these guys as they damaged my vehicle and are denying it. I went in for a simple oil change, they drained my car oil without telling me they didn’t have a new filter to use - they ordered it having me wait about an hour. Swung by this place on a whim to ask how much they’d charge to swap my winter tires for summer ones—just a simple tire switch onto the same rims. They hit me with a $250 quote! I had the exact same thing done in Etobicoke for $84. Unless these tires come with a personal butler or a spa day, I’m not sure where that extra $166 is going. Three times the price, zero times the sense!
UNSAFE. DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE. AVOID AND HEED THE WARNINGS OF OTHERS. Four brand new tires installed Friday January 10th 2025. One tire completely flat on Monday January 13th 2025. They installed the tire wrong and the valve was leaking air. Here's my problem with this establishment: When you first call, the front desk lady is more than abrasive.
