COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY! Dustin Copeland has done it again! TWO DAYS! He has completed a warranty request that usually takes one week or more! This man knows his stuff! He’s organized, pationate about his job and his customer service skills are the best I’ve seen in a long time! Never seen anything like it! He deserves a raise! I appreciate him so much! Thank you Dustin!!
2 times when there has been a hurricane in case, they have had blackouts for weeks when in most of katy there were no blackouts, only in some areas, also, there is no a shopping center close by.
