Shirin Teymourpour was the sales agent a year ago on new home purchase at Sunterra-Katy, Tx. She was good then but also very helpful on little needs since then. She is efficient and responsive, a great AW representative, one you should contact if you’re buying a house.

Buying a home can be a long and stressful process, but Ms Shirin and her construction manager Mr Quang made it as pleasant possible taking the time to help look for options and breakdown all the complexities that come with buying your first home. Shirin was patient every step of the way and always took the time to look for and explain my options. As a realtor, I have been working with Shirin for last few months. I have dealt with her in difficult and time-sensitive situations but she has performed exceptionally throughout. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and keeps her customers as her first priority. Highly recommended!
