Horrible experience. Had them install a Valor fireplace. After installation we had a gas leak that made the whole floor smell. They came in and fixed it right away. 2 days later our boiler stopped igniting which runs our hot water and furnace. This was in November with temperatures well below freezing. We called in our usual HVAC company and they had to clean the igniter because it was covered in oxide which would result from improper gas work with air getting into the lines.
