Hard pass on them for two reasons. First, we were scheduled but they were two days late and never kept us informed other than to say they were super busy on the first day, only after I called several times. No communication on the second day. Second, it’s a unit for a 550 square foot room. At $1,900 for that small of a space, save your money and get a REALLY nice window unit. Save $1,400 and get the upgrade $500 window unit. Sadly, this company feels like a fly by night company.
Very dependable prompt and knowledgable
Was promised a 4 ton 16 SEER 2-stage unit but got a4 ton 14 SEER single-stage unit. Spoke with the owner and he pretty much blamed it on the his sales manager. For everyone out there make sure you get the contract before they start any work on your property. If I could put negative stars on this business I would.
