I AM VERY UPSEY ABOUT THIS COPANY i MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THEM TO COME OUT AT 2 PM. SO ABOUT 230 I CALLED THEM BACK AFTER BEING ON HOLD THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE IN AN HOUR. WELL AFTER AN HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES LATER I CALLED AGAIN TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT AND THAT I HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DID KEEP THE APPOINTMENT AND TOLD THEM I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I called them on Monday, they said they could be at my house later that day, then they called a couple hours later and said it would have to be pushed to the next day but that they could come right at 8 o’clock. On Tuesday morning I get a call from them at 8:10 saying they’ll be at my house in 45 minutes, meaning they’d be an hour late. I cancelled the appointment due to this unprofessional customer service.

My so-called Home Warranty failed to help when my furnace died. Suntech is highly recommended, so why wouldn’t I go with them for my family’s safety when I had no working furnace in the middle of Winter? Every last person I dealt with at Suntech was/is polite, professional and genuinely driven to help. They couldn’t raise our 13-year old furnace from the dead, but in less than 24 hours after I initially called, we had a fantastic new furnace and a warm house, and that felt like Suntech performed a miracle for us.
