From the very first call, their responsiveness and communication were exceptional — fast, clear, and genuinely helpful. Absolute worst experience. Damaged the vehicles paint, has stated multiple times they will resolve and lied and cancelled all appointments over 4 times.

We had our windows replaced at this autoglass shop, and overall the installation itself was done well. The technician did a great job — the new windows look good and everything was installed neatly and professionally. However, our experience with the sales side was disappointing. Lennie, who sold us the service, promised us $200 in gift cards that could be redeemed at Jolly Ride Tacos or Pastino’s.
