Had a small misunderstanding with my membership. Customer service went out of their way to make things right. I love Sunstone. The instructors are always great and attentive, and it's definitely the best hot yoga in Dallas!
I would give this studio zero stars if I could. No where on their website does it mention that there is no air conditioning in the studio. So ALL classes are "hot." Due to health conditions, I'm not able to exercise under that amount of heat. Had I known this, I would not have purchased a trial. I asked for a refund (as I was unaware of the lack of AC/false advertisement online) and they wouldn't give me my money back. I spent $119 that I couldn't use. What an absolute waste.
