I'm sorry to read that folks have had negative experiences here, I have had nothing but positive interactions with my provider/the staff. So confused on why this place has good reviews. Randomly discharged me without providing other options. Charged me for a missed appointment, but they missed several or canceled late. Doctor's notes were basically all bull and centered mainly around insulting my physical appearance. Not a single attempt was made to actively help me and yet it was still too much for this place.

The entire team has made me feel taken care of, safe and respected. I have been with this group for years and since I initiated care with them, the front desk has been kind, parking has been easy, and the care exceptional. Dr Lauren Merrell is truly extraordinary at what she does. 6 stars if I could!
