I rented a rough terrain scissor lift from them. I had a problem with the lift but they were great and sent a mechanic out. He was able to get it going at no extra charge to me. They were very helpful and punctual. I recommend them for equipment rental certainly.
We needed a circular concrete cutter for a job that I couldn't find any other "contractors" to help me with. I found Sunstate Equipment incredibly attentive and welcoming, Derek K. is the absolute "bomb"! They got everything! Ready! And all in minutes! This is the place to go for professionals and homeowners that hire them!
These guys don’t take into consideration that if there machine breaks down during regular business hours and we were unable to work while the machine was down. this was a one day rental and apparently when you have it for more than three hours they charge you for the whole day, even though the machine was down for three hours during business hours. They did not knock off any money for the rental. And it made my job drag onto the next day. It surprises me that they don’t take any of this into consideration.
