Hand down best equipment rental in the south bay. Every time I call and request equipment prior to my show setup they always deliver what I need same day if not the next. Shout out to driver Rich A for his excellent customer service, very pleasant guy and easy to work with.
I had a delivery at this location. Depends ho you are dealing with it they going to help you. Due to traffic on hwy ,i was 10 min before closing. Birocrats not to fast! Always is the good working man to be kind . Thank you .
Delivery 3 genie lifts out her. Super nice folks for me. Once I got the equipment unchained it took no time to get me unloaded.
I called Sunstate Equipment to see if they could transport my dead forklift and/or if they had a forklift charger. Although they couldn't accommodate my needs, Tresa, the representative, made several good suggestions. She was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. She was the most informative person I talked to out of all the various businesses I contacted. Great job, Tresa! A+ customer service skills.
Friendly staff, professional, fast to assist, knowledgeable pertaining to their equipment, helpful, great prices, equipment is very clean & in working order. This place is simply an awesome rental place to do business with. Truly have their ducks in a row.
