Renter beware if you are renting from Sunstate. I needed two pieces of equipment last year and asked them to quote the full price with every added fee. To their credit, they mentioned six(!!!) fees that they add on to the daily rental rate--delivery, environmental charge, property tax recovery fee, fuel charge, customer protection plan and sales tax. All these fees together pretty much doubled the price...but I found the guy on the phone to be pleasant and helpful and he assured me that this was the full price out the door. ... read more
