Had a poor experience with their sales guy here. I remotely bought an excavator from them being out of state. I was ready to pay for it from day one. However, the sales guy's communication was awful, knew little about machinery, and I (being the customer) had to point out corrections for the invoice on multiple occasions. Was unprofessional on a couple of instances stating his commission and just overall seemed incompetent and lazy. Otherwise the used machine was priced accordingly and has been great.

Not at all pleased being charged $744.83 to rent a jumping jack for a week and an hour. A 3000$ tool to buy. It worked and I am sure it follows their fine print. Asked why I was being charged an extra day when I could not return it after shift or on the weekend. Two different people said that was not their problem. I really don’t like the rental game because of this revenue maximization. But I had not had this problem in the past with Sunstate. Not much I can do about it. Just remember to avoid them.
