Do not use this company, they are the worst excuse for a property management company I have ever experienced. They have absolutely no desire to represent home owners in the HOA's they manage, all you will get from these people is harassment. Stay clear of Sunstate, there are plenty of reputable property management companies available. The manager (Sean) assigned to our HOA is rude, sarcastic, and unresponsive, his only goal seems to be to drive a wedge between homeowners and the board members.
