We booked a vacation through AirBNB that is run/owned by this company (or Leavenworth Getaways). Initial communication with the owner (rental company) showed that they did not have really great knowledge of the property. Nonfunctioning hot tub (despite charging hot tub cleaning fee), no supply of snow shovels, no knowledge of advertised snow plow schedule, etc. During our stay, Leavenworth experienced heavy snowfall and the Leavenworth Mayor even declared a State of Emergency due to this fact. Agree completely. We reserved SUNSPOTS Sunbaks Resort at Banks Lake, WA. I got confirmed reservation number at the time of booking paid in full. On the day of arrival called the resort they didn't have my reservation. I then called SUNSPOTS after about an hour of waiting for an answer, SUNSPOTS told me that the resort made a mistake and didn't make my reservation. They offered full refund.
