Banyon was a good facility to have been at for treatment. The staff, for the most part, were respectful and the clinicians were helpful in conveying various coping skills and processing grief. Most of all, the community of other residents made it a positive and productive experience
After 2 years and 8 months of sobriety, I relapsed and came to Banyan Palm Springs. The incredible staff here helped me work through deep traumas of my past, improve the outlook of myself, and detox of substance abuse. The case managers comforted me as they listened to my goals and needs. The therapists set me up with a long term treatment plan. I attended the IOP program at Banyan as well. I’m extremely grateful that I had the opportunity to get my life back. Ebony goes above and beyond for every patient. There’s amazing therapists here. Katrina has been amazing and overall the staff is great. The community that I found here is what really helped me through my rough days.
I dnt remember completely but since I arrived Julie n Breanna the nurse who attended me where very welcoming and made me fell comfortable The staff was very helpful in my moments of need . My therapist Ms graves was the very best I’m going to miss her so much .. it was just an overall good structured experience I will be going home a new person forsure
Robyn was wonderful…responded within minutes to every crisis I had with my son…so grateful for her expertise and help
