Working with the team at Sunspections was a very good experience. As a realtor, it is important to have an inspector that can get my property on their schedule, inspected and a report turned around in a timely manner. Greg was very thorough and was able to get a detailed report back on the same day. I would highly recommend his services.

What comes to mind when considering Sunspections is Thoroughness. My inspection was prompt and very satisfactory. Concerns were identified and remediation was undertaken. Service was excellent, Thank you. WFS

If his driving is any indication of his work I would stay so very far away.. if he can’t follow a gps and not swerve all over traffic, I can’t imagine he’s that observant when doing whatever survey or inspection of your property but that’s just my common sense kicking in.. but I guess also 4.2 stars with less than 20 reviews is all anyone needs to know
