What comes to mind when considering Sunspections is Thoroughness. My inspection was prompt and very satisfactory. Concerns were identified and remediation was undertaken. Service was excellent, Thank you. WFS

If his driving is any indication of his work I would stay so very far away.. if he can’t follow a gps and not swerve all over traffic, I can’t imagine he’s that observant when doing whatever survey or inspection of your property but that’s just my common sense kicking in.. but I guess also 4.2 stars with less than 20 reviews is all anyone needs to know

OMG, I would defiantly use Sunspections again, they were thorough in their findings. They saved me so much money from making the biggest mistake every. You guys are amazing! Thank again Greg!

Greg did a great job. I have had many inspections over the years and his was the best by far. His reports are easy to read followed with photos showing the problem areas and helpful advice to follow up. I feel very confident in his report and would not hesitate to refer him to family and friends.
