I live in central Illinois, Champaign, to be exact. My interaction with Porch Windows Direct was online and over the phone. Not only is the product great, but the service from Eric and others was superb. These windows transformed my porch. In less than 5 minutes, I can close the porch to avoid rain and snow. I found Porch Windows Direct to be very helpful with information on their product and enough detail to properly evaluate and order the porch windows. Unfortunately, there was a clerical error on their end and some of the windows arrived with the wrong dimensions. I was able to contact Eric, the salesperson I worked with, on a Saturday morning to identify the issue. Within a few minutes Brandon, the owner called to apologize.
