Horrible service. My mom went to go pick up some new tires while I was at school. The two customer service associates were no help at all and extremely rude (a boy and a girl). She told them what she was there to pick up and the boy said, “Well there they are.” He didn’t offer to help carry them out or offer any assistance and just set her receipt on top of the tires (which then blew off onto the ground). The team in Carrollton have been great to work with and the tractor was serviced and new canopy installed as agreed. Would recommend them to anyone. Zack Abney that picked up my tractor at my house and delivered it back was fantastic. He kept me informed when he was coming and showed up exactly when he said he would and did not keep me just waiting around and that is great when you're still working. Sunsouth Carrollton was very helpful through the entire process of getting my tractor repaired. They were very fair with the pricing of picking up and delivering my tractor back to my house once repairs were complete.
