They claimed I would get a $20,000 tax rebate... This is not true!!! It is how they sold me on my system, only to find out it is NOT true. It's not the way it works. If it sounds to good to be true... it is!!!
The sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The engineering was good and correct. The installation well done. When a code issue was discovered, a solution was found and the issue was corrected. The monitoring software is pretty intuitive and easy to use.
We were happy with our install and system performance since install was completed in January.
Great working helping us move towards a net positive footprint! Straightforward experience with strong communication and project management.
