I received my Solar back in the beginning of the year. I was amazed at how quickly the panels were put up. In the beginning I had a lot of questions and the staff at Sun Solar were immediate to answer and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company over the others .

My solar has been down for 2 weeks when service man came out and said I needed a new board. He said it would only be 4 days. I've called in since May 21st when I saw the fault on the board. 1st you are supposidly monitoring this so why didn't you catch it? 2nd my electric bill is up 100 dollars because I'm not using the solar. I call constantly and I feel your response should not be over a month! Melanie Rosenblatt

Dont fall for it!! I am paying far more than what I did with APS. I get a bill from APS for 340.. and a bill from SunSolar for an additional 180. I have called, complained, but no one seems to think paying 340 extra a month is absurd. Im actually thinking of moving because this utility hack has been a downfall on my finances. I was better off without the solar panels. Buyer beware!!
