We've never lived in a house that needed a roof replaced, and we'd heard horror stories about the process from many others. I was cautiously optimistic after meeting *******, as he was so professional and organized. He was in contact at every step of the way, letting us know what was happening behind the scenes and when he would be at the house flying a drone and putting up our permit. This is our second time turning to SunSmart Roofing. Each time we are glad we did. Their salesman (point of contact), ***********************, listens to your problem, examines the problem to determine the source, and then presents a quote to repair the leak. There is no hard sales push. He will suggest other options and materials, but they are suggestions. Again, he lets the customer make the choice.The workmen come out and do the repair. Sun Smart installed a new roof on my house and I am really very pleased with the finished product. both Brian and Cody were on spot with their promise to guarantee their workmanship. Cleanup was as promised. Good luck to SunSmart going forward.
