Tina is fabulous. If you are just starting out in yoga like myself this is where you need to go! Tina will make sure you are correctly doing poses and correct your form when needed so you wont injure yourself.
Best place in town. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to better their life! And Tina is simply an amazing person.
