This place was amazing! My first time was a wonderful experience. The direction was given with experience and I didn't feel shamed for doing the wrong thing. I felt stretched and strengthened after my session. I love how I felt when I left and I can't wait to return!!
Sunshine Yoga is my happy place! After a long day with classes and work, I love unwinding with a great session of yoga. The instructors are so sweet and really tailor the practice to your needs. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting a great yoga session and wonderful positivity!
