Newly built home 2023. Just after moving in I noticed water filling the tracks of the sliding doors, also one of the sliding panels moves easily no way will this hold up to a Fl. Hurricane. A service technician came out without ANY tools! Just looked and side, “it’s nothing wrong, that’s normal” I have PGT impact doors and windows in my 2nd. Home for over 5 years and never seen anything like this.
Can't help, window that is from there originally, got a crack on it. Called ask if they knew a person that can replace it for me. The girl that answered me just repeated by question, lol. Her answer, "I don't know of anybody". She seem lost. Don't buy your windows there, NO Help!
I called for an estimate to replace 15 windows & a back door. The girl told me to measure. What?? When I balked, I was given a name, Yandys & a phone number to call. He supposedly was the one to come measure & give me an estimate. Well, I have called & left a message twice to no avail. When I called Sunshine just now, the same girl said Yandys was the only one that measures. I'm willing to spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS & I have to chase you?
