Answer calls that are placed to your company or return the calls. Also don't charge to a credit card and then say you didn't. I have not heard anything good yet about your company and was planning on using you when I get down there.

I booked our rental online and put my card down to save it. The morning of our rental, the staff (which called the owner to verify) said my card was not charged and we needed to pay up front. Received my credit card statement about a week later and saw that I was charged when I booked the rental. Called the company multiple times with the promise that the owner would call me, staff eventually gave me the owners phone number. The owner has NEVER called me back and didn't answer when I called. Our group of 13 had a blast using the wave runner and pontoon boat we rented from Sunshine Water Sports. They were friendly and professional. The price in my opinion is hard to beat. If you are in Destin I highly recommend them.

Awesome company, awesome owner and workers! They take care of the locals and they are kid and dog friendly. What more could you ask for? Free ice and gas included in the rental. Minutes from crab island and conventionally located by the destin harbor. We will definitely be back to rent!
