Went to the Welcome Center (Office) to pay my daughter’s rent- received a very unfriendly “welcome”- the receptionist had daggers in her eyes. Then I made a benign comment about the rent amount ($1492) being the same date that Columbus discovered America. OMG! The hostile diatribe of cancel-culture that followed made me feel even more uncomfortable. I know- hilarious, right? I guess she was having a bad day… but I was relieved when I closed the door behind me.

I’ve been waiting months now for them to replace my door because it’s broken and instead they’ve just replaced the locks more times then I can keep track. My whole apartment is constantly falling apart and it’s past the legal requirement to replace my carpets of which I requested and they always have excuses to not do the repairs I request and instead something minimal effort that doesn’t last long at all. Did all of the background checks, ($40 a piece) got approved, (which slightly lowered our credit scores) and then we were informed that the unit we were supposed to move into wasn't "actually" available. Do not deal with these people, they obviously have major internal communicatiom issues. Cant express in words how unhappy I am with these "professionals"
