The doctor and his staff are super nice! They seem to actually care for pets and are patient with our questions! So thankful we found them!
My dog is doing better now, which I truly appreciate. However, I had a frustrating experience getting medical records sent. I had to follow up multiple times and was repeatedly told they would be sent automatically, but there were delays waiting for signatures and processing. The front desk communication also felt a bit impatient when I called for updates.
