Overpriced and away from all action. No amenities, Scares parking space. Basically on the outskirts of The south beach. No wonder tenants are leaving for newer buildings with better amenities.
We love this building !! Great location, clean, quiet, good amenities, and very helpful staff (thanks to Steven, Leo and Sonny).
