The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean but there is no daily service. Hence, no service for fresh bed sheets or towels in our 4 days stay. The view was good from our room. It could get noisy sometimes due to the traffic. It says breakfast included on booking. However, they provide you a $20 voucher for breakfast per person for nearby cafe; which is enough for us as we are not big breakfast eater. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The room is clean but there is no daily service which is a big reason to stay at Motel. The location is very average. You would not stay with your kids there. Walking home at night I felt a little vulnerable. So loud at night. Constant sirens, people yahooing and cars racing. There’s massage parlour across road open all night. Stayed in many big cities in world. This was worst than any of them. Feel it maybe just a reflection of Cairns and what it has become.
It’s okay hotel but if you stay less than a week , there is no room service :) And for breakfast , you should go to the next door cafe :)
Great location, walkable from everything we needed. No housekeeping but unlimited access to towels from pool and reception. Beautiful pool and spa
Excellent price for such a very Nice Motel. Big rooms, plenty of underground car parking and close walk to the Cairns Esplanade.
