I had a myofascial release done with Jocelyn and it was fantastic. She's very knowledgeable and just does a great job overall with keeping you comfortable and informed. It's been a couple months since I had it done and I'm still feeling great. No muscle tension in my shoulder!! I definitely will go back again and I recommend it if you are considering having it done.
My first experience with Jocelyn was amazing! I feel more connected with my body and even understand more about what my body is telling me. Even though she gave me homework, I feel blessed 😉
