I had a screened-in patio with new concrete installed a little over a year ago and I'm still very happy with the finished product! I've had no issues with the patio and it's held up through multiple severe storms with no leaks or damage. Installation had some snags but that's to be expected with any large project, and communication was great. I would definitely recommend Sunshine to anyone looking for a new patio.
Stay away from this company at all costs. We had a large custom solarium window that needed to be replaced as part of a bedroom and bathroom remodel. I asked for a quote from Sunshine Sunrooms. Jerry Lackey the General Manager and Danny Ortiz the Project Manager came to my house, reviewed the project, and said they could absolutely handle the job. We have an issue with our sunroom ceiling leaking and Danny was supposed to show up on June 18 at Noon. At 12:15 I texted him to see if he was running late. He responded he had to stop by the office and would be there in about 45 minutes. He didn't let me know he was running late and I had made special arrangements to be at home from Noon to 1.
