RecommendedI have been seeing Kelli for chiropractor work and Betty for body work for three years now. They are both amazing. The beautiful studio, the strong positive energy and the relief they both provide my body...I’m not sure what I would do without them. I’m so glad I was referred! If you are scared of chiro, don’t worry Kelli is not a snap, crackle, pop...she takes a more holistic route that aligns your body without the scary stuff. Hello...and their yoga classes! ❤️

This is a fantastic space. I am just wrapping up a teacher training, and one of our tasks is to observe other styles at studios other than our own. Yesterday was my first class at Sunshine, and Nancy came very highly recommended. I felt welcomed and right at home. I enjoyed the bright airy open space. Nancy's guidance was gentle, encouraging, and inspiring.
I have been practicing at Sunshine for several year now. I also visit lots of studios when I travel. Sunshine, by far, is my happiest place. Sunshine really brings meaning to the Kula concept, helping all find union in strong, aligned and mindful movement.
