I paid for a storage unit at the annex. 2 days ago. I've left two messages reached a person by phone still haven't received a call back I went to the site got to my unit no lock was left inside called the company they said they would let the person know on Bellevue to give me a lock. So I drove to Bellevue site no one was there it was 145 clock said they would be back at 1:00 left two messages like I said never received a call back drove all the way back home still unable to use the storage unit.
