Got Larry’s recommendation from my home inspector. Larry got back to me immediately, sent over his guy and looked over the inspection report and also saw a few other minor issues. Th price was reasonable and didn’t try to go through insurance or anything. He mentioned that the repair was minor and not worth it, didn’t try to upsell anything like other contractors that said the whole roof needed replacement or a majority of the roof needed it at least. Will recommend Larry and. Sunshine to anyone with roof repair.

We have had a persistent roof leak along the flashing and I am confident Sunshine State fixed it at a reasonable price, and the owner was a pleasure to work with and very honest.
