Mark was extremely helpful with assisting us in obtaining our bank loan. When discussing what documents were required by the bank, he explained everything as to what was needed. We felt very comfortable in sending these documents over a secured line. Mark was very prompt in all our communications. Overall, he made the entire banking closing transaction a very smooth process.
