David was awesome, thanks so much! I was in urgent need of selling a property and David as well as his team worked diligently until a deal was finalized. I would strongly recommend choosing Sunshine State Buyers.
This company and it's associates are regularly harassing me via text messages using my info without proper consent. I'm not interested in selling and wish to be left alone.
Constantly harasses me through text messages for properties I don't even own and constantly am reporting the text messages as spam. They slipped up this time by putting their broker in the text message and until I get an assurance that I will never get another text message again about some sort of house that I don't own or that they can somehow prove they are not doing this, this review will stay.
David was amazing, answered all my question right off the bat. Definitely will be contacting him in the future. Thank you!!!
BIG SHOUT TO SUNSHINE STATE BUYERS!! You guys are the freakin best!! Sunshine State Buyers was recommended to me by a friend and I absolutely love what we were able to offer us! We need to sell fast and we told David what the other companies were offering us and he gave us $20k more! He didn't have to do. EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!
