If I could leave them a zero I would. The doctor and office manager are horrible. Not considerate of reason a person can not keep appointment. My child was so sick and that wasn't good enough for them. They real quick to take your money but can not call you back same time frame they want their money. It toke them 6 days to respond for a late waive fee. I had to reschedule twice due to personal reasons and and last minute was due to my daughter having a fever of 102.7. I had a great experience at Sunshine Smiles of Nutley. The staff was very welcoming and professional, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, and the team takes the time to explain everything clearly. They really care about their patients and it shows in the quality of their work and their friendliness. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.
I am SO pleased with this office!! The staff is A+, very friendly, and professional, from the receptionist to the Doctors and assistants. I've been seeing Dr. Kim during my last visits. She is amazing! I love that she explains and shows you about any issue she may find. Bruna is also great, she makes you feel comfortable and works well with Dr. Kim. I highly recommend this office! This was definitely an upgrade from my last dental office! Last but not least Dr. Sofia with the deep cleaning! She takes pride in her work!!
I love this office! It is so clean and smells nice as well. The receptionist is very welcoming and the dentist really takes the time to listen and prescribe the correct treatment plan. I felt right at home!
With having not so good experiences elsewhere, my experience at Sunshine smiles of Nutley was more than satisfactory. Everything was quick, everyone was super friendly and professional, and they are gentle while getting everything done. I will be making this location my primary dentist. Thank you!
