Be careful with this dental office. My FSA was charged $135.87 2 years ago for no reason. We didn't see the dentist that day but the charges was made. I have 3 different transaction code FSA office provided me to approve the dentist office made this charge. I have been going back and forth, trying to get my money back. I have paid FSA back for something I DID NOT use. The office managers were not willing to help and just brushed me off every time I talked to them. THIS IS A HORRIBLE DENTAL OFFICE!!
