Sadly the screen was not installed soundly. There are huge holes and cracks, where the screen joins the beams and aluminum. They should have placed the gutters in a different location. We have constant issues with frogs and lizards coming into the screen all the time. I was told by the sales rep, my county (Hernando) does not require footers for the screen to be put up. Wow ! Great service. They arrived on time did a perfect job. I needed a stone walkway around the pool. Which they completed quickly and cleaned up area. They asked me to view and let them know if it was ok. I did and was very pleased. I’m having them do another project. Highly recommend. Ask for Jason.
I absolutely love our new screened in patio and pavers. I had the best experience working with Jason Aleman and his crew. Jason kept me on budget and delivered everything I ever wanted in a paved patio. He is very honest and personable. I will use him again for our next outdoor project. He made very good suggestions and I trusted his judgment. I am very happy.
Sadly our experience has been very poor. Our porch was not measured properly. After several calls with the owner the problem Is still not fixed. The incorrect materials were used and we are now being asked for more money. This is after 3 visits to our home. You are probably thinking something has changed there was a problem…. Nope the owner just wants more money. They have left their equipment in our yard for a week now. We have notified the owners that we want our money back or will be proceeding with a lawsuit. Original contract attached. Midway through project an additional $8K was asked to complete promised project. Property had been surveyed multiple times and nothing in contract says prices can change. Texts attached with us agreeing to pay 4K for 300sqft of pavers installed but not finished and rest of $20,182.43 refunded. This was on Mon Feb 3rd.
