Unprofessional and overcharging is putting this incident mildly. This is going to be a long review, so hold on tight. I had a small collision on 2/4/19 and had my car brought to Sunshine to work on. Right from the get-go, there was friction between the shop, myself and insurance. Everyone I spoke with there stated they 'Don't like to deal with insurance" and make multiple comments to me AND my insurance agent making us both uneasy. I brought my car in for an alignment and they tried to play me like a fool. They told me there was a lot more wrong with my car based on the condition of my tires. Well jokes on them my tires had been rotated and there was no other damage. If you know anything about cars you should probably be ok but if you're not educated on cars go somewhere trustworthy.

Ashleigh, I'm the owner, and can tell you that there has to be more to this story than what you've stated here. This is absolutely not the way we operate, ever. I will look up your repair order and hope to get in touch with you, as we always try to exceed our customer expectations. We are not the kind of shop you described. If anyone working for me were like that, they'd be gone if five seconds.
I found Sunshine through ratings and reviews. I just had my brakes done and was quite pleased. I have to be happy with a companies service in order to refer their business. I will certainly give out their name.
Took my vehicle there for a front end inspection and alignment, they said their was nothing wrong with the front end and alignment was good but still I had a loud clunk in the front end so i crawled under the car to take a look for my self and found sway bar end links bushings gone and end links ready to fall off. A trip to auto zone and 40 bucks an hour of time solved the problem myself.

Best customer service ever...they made me feel like at home... everyone was nice and every time somebody would come up from the back they would have for me sodas,coffee. I will definitely keep them in mind.. thanks for the great service!

A big thank you to Scott and the crew for looking after us so well. We had suspension issues with our 5th wheel while traveling in the Reno area. They fit us into their very busy schedule and got us back on the road again.

Sunshine Service recently took care of some problems with my Class C RV and they did a great job. Scot kept me informed as the work progressed so I had no surprises when it came time to pick it up. Cannot recommend Sunshine enough.

Bob & Tracey We want to thank Mark, Kalii and Doug for helping us out. We were on our way from the Bay Area in California to Grinnell IA. Our truck started having problems with the steering shortly after starting our trip and by the time we got to Reno I could hardly control the truck, I made some calls and Sunshine Service was very highly recommended.
