Annoyed, not answering the phone during normal business hours, and no return phone calls after leaving a message over 2 week period. They did come out and check. Switching to new company.

We have a contract with these folks. They will not answer the phone. Several messages have been left and no call has been returned. Our septic system has been down for a week and we're getting very upset. I'll be driving to their office today.
Sunshine Septic is top notch, helped me out with issues others wouldn't. Nathan is very knowledgeable, and has a great team, the take care of business.
No longer at this location. Don't know if they are still operational.
