A great place to store our supplies. Alicia is incredibly helpful and we appreciate getting set up there. Hours are great and office was very clean.
Terrible
There is no elevator as advertised online. Not a big deal as we didn't have very much to store. Only $19 a month. Can't beat that, right? Except, I called to pay my bill month before last and was told it would be $30 that round. They changed insurance companies so it's a little more now. Ok, still cheaper than most places. An increase notice would have been nice. Normally my phone is set to remind me to call and pay my monthly bill. However, I had heart surgery and it got missed somehow. Very solid storage unit. It was clean and dry! Crystal was very nice to work with.
