Wouldn't recommend for service members (Edit) Absolutely id love to elaborate 10 months later. Seems like you really care... to keep the story short I was asked to sign my Service Member Civil Relif Act rights away I said no and asked if I could still store my stuff here was told no, asked for my refund, took over 3 weeks to receive my refund back
As a service member, hearing what this management did refusing a fellow army veteran a refund after already paying down the deposit and promising a refund just to not follow through with their word. They need to honor their word like we honor our constitution and serving the people of the United States. Do better
