I LOVE Sunshine Savings Bank. I have had so many customer service issues at other banks, and even small credit unions. Sunshine has never charged me fees I didn't deserve, and the staff has always been accommodating when there was something I did not understand or had an issue with. I will never go back to a big bank.
I opened my account back in 2010. I have been very pleased with them. They are very nice, and try to do everything they can to help you.
This bank sucks never answer the phone always having issues there service is always down and there updates are never accurate or on time
My service experience has always been pleasant. The clerks were courteous, informative and prompt.
