Horrible customer service! I came in with a cashier's check to deposit into my wife's account. The teller said she had to check to make sure it was good.... She said it was, then another person came and said no we can't deposit it because it was too much money. I thought that's why people put money in banks because they don't want to carry 10k around. Then I was told they dont deposit large certified cashier's bank checks because it seemed like fraud!!! This will be a blog topic! And my family has 7 accounts with the 1st ban... read more
Walked in to ask about a Trust and felt like i wasnt wanted there.
Tellers are always nice and friendly but greeter at door is never sincerely friendly. Also, I've complained about a racist sign to 3 people there, including the manager, but no replacement sign has been posted. Current racist sign is cheap paper, homemade looking so not an expense to replace! I should change to another business but have not bc of the inconvenience. My bad.
I wish I could give negative stars. HR and Management are the laziest people on the planet and are not concerned with doing their job or helping customers. It was one of the worst places I have ever worked.
