I've been a customer of Sid's for years. I'm an elderly woman and don't know anything about mechanic work so I endured his lack of being on time with my vehicle or answering calls or returning a call after leaving a message. However, after my last encounter I will never be back. I had to turn in on a Friday afternoon with a lot of traffic on the road and I had to go into the parking lot kind of fast. Dropped Jeep off Thursday morning and was told by garage that vehicle would be ready to pickup before closing on Friday. Jeep was not ready and nobody called, they just left and closed for the weekend without calling after leaving 2 contact numbers. Very poor communication on their part and apparently honesty isn't a value to them either. Will be taking future business somewhere else and will be letting friends and family know of their non appreciation of a valued customer......
I don't recommend anything worst place possible they steal your car parts and steal the stuff out of your car outrageous pricing treat their customers poorly bad mechanics
