Have the company replaced my house with brand new roof about 10 years ago, with 10 years warranty. 7 years after, during the heavy rain, the roof leaked. Call them and inspector come; Took few IR camera pictures. Result: leak is not included! It will cost me $675 to fix it. I HAVE A COMPLETE ROOF REPLACEMENT AND THE LEAK IS NOT INCLUDED! REALLY?
This company is rubbish,
Gave them a call due to my Mother's 35 year old house roof failing. The guy that came for our estiamte was about 30minute late, however he was very informative of what needs to be done and gave us plenty of options we could do to replace the roof. Out of the 5 roofers we have found, some of which were referred by friends and family, Sunshine was the most reasonable priced.
