They did the roof on my house in 2019. I bought the house in November 2024 and was told newer roof with 10 year warranty. I noticed a weird dip after a few months so had a reputable company assess it. There are multiple issues (roof depressions with a leak, improperly installed vents and chimney backpan, etc) requiring thousands of dollars in repairs. Sunshine recently restored my parent's roof and it looks fantastic, excellent craftsmanship and very friendly! Left no mess behind, it was like they were never there. Pricing was on point and they worked a weekend day because the weather was nice. Got all the work done very fast so there was minimal disruption!
I highly recommend these folks. Super efficient and professional crew. Clean site after completion. Quote was reasonable and no hidden surprises. Roof looks great.
