This office is a big joke! Both the Sun city office and Lakewood ranch office. I saw Dr. Fitzgerald at the Sun City Office. The staff was rude not only to me, but to other patients. Dr Fitzgerald has poor bedside manners and does not acknowledge you while assessing you. 90% was talking and that’s it. Horrible wait times. Do not recommend after spending 1 hour whether I saw Dr or Nurse Practitioner.
I was very pleased with the service i received from the front desk, nurse and Dr. Panthulu was excellent. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.
What a great group of health care providers! They actually listen and care about you. I highly recommend this office
